Homeparcel.com offers to manage your Garage, Shed, or porch access, using
our secure master key safes that are easily mounted securely on walls. You
place your access keys inside the key safe and we manage the authorized
pin codes access through our call centres. The pin codes are updated
securely online by our customers and we only allow key access through
using your online account information that you provide us.

Homeparcelbox.com also offer to provide parcel box units. Our parcel units
are designed to store larger parcels securely with access keys stored in
our secure key safes. Access is managed online through your personal
managed accounts that you update after every delivery. All boxes are made
of strong galvanised steel and have a ten year all weather guarantee. All
boxes are easy to install and are bolted to walls or floors.
How it works
Home parcel box, will manage your GARAGE or PARCEL BOX units accessibility using secure KEYSAFES, that are access controlled using private pin-codes managed by our call centre. Parcel delivery drivers can only access your private managed garage or home parcel box unit by using PIN CODES that you authorise. All garages or parcel boxes have assigned address numbers and a barcode download receipt is available for parcels that require a signature (legal proof of delivery). Pin codes and passwords are updated as often as each delivery is made. All expected shipments can be logged on all customer accounts to increase security.

- On delivery options you enter your preferences (eg) please leave my parcel in my parcel
box/Garage. Please use PINCODE (0099) on my key safe. Please sign and

- You log into homeparcelbox and update your pin codes and shipment
RETAILER
- Your order is accepted and processed
- Your preferences are listed on delivery box label
- Parcel is despatched
COURIERS
- Driver uses your pin code to access your homebox/garage
- Your parcel is left secure in homebox /garage
- Driver collects signed legal acceptance copy and unique number
- Driver resets key safe and locks homebox /garage
